I believe there is a stigma of Venison Deer Meat with the belief that Deer Meat has a gamey taste to it. This is only true if you do not prepare the meat properly. Our Wildlife Management Expert at Mana Ohana Treats has been preparing this meat as a specialty for his family for 20 years now. Over the years he has perfected the process so there is absolutely no gamey taste at all. If you don’t believe me, try out our homemade sausage made of venison.
