Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Processing time
Our treats are made in small batches and packed by hand. Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive an email when your order ships.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. Because we ship from Hawaiʻi, orders to the mainland may take a little longer than you’re used to.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, we’ll email you the tracking details when your order ships.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we’ll do our best to fix it before your order ships.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at paula@manaohanatreats.com and we’ll make it right.
